Premium Imperial Gyokuro green tea With toasted brown rice. Genmaicha is a Japanese brown rice green tea consisting of green tea mixed with roasted and popped brown rice. It’s has been referred to as “popcorn tea” because a few grains of the rice pop during the roasting process and resemble popped corn.
