Bell Pepper Storage – Store Green Bell Peppers in a cool place, such as your refrigerator crisper drawer with the vent closed. For best storage store dry in tightly wrapped plastic and do not wash until you are ready to prepare. Green Bell Peppers will last approximately a week when stored correctly.
