Cauliflower
Storage
Store cauliflower in a loose plastic bag, or in a damp paper towel. Cauliflower likes to be stored in the coldest part of the fridge and preferably in the crisper drawer. Take care to remove any areas that have started to darken. Wash just prior to use.
