Ingredients: Distilled water, local honey, organic elderberries, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic cloves, L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C).
Dosage: We recommend 1 teaspoon daily for children (not safe for under age 1 because of honey) and 1 tablespoon for adults. If you’re sick you can take that amount every 3 hours until your symptoms subside.
Refrigerate when you receive and it will be good for 60 days.
