Cucumber
Storage
Wash and completely dry cucumbers prior to storage. Store whole, uncut cucumbers wrapped loosely in plastic around the body to keep in the hydration. Leave an end open to allow air flow to allow ethylene gas to escape. Store in crisper drawer. If cucumbers are cut, store in an airtight container with a wet paper towel.
