Crimini Mushrooms
Crimini also known as Cemini or Baby Bellas. As white mushrooms mature their brown color deepens intensifying their flavor and making their texture more “meaty”. As these mushrooms continue to grow they will turn to portobello mushrooms. These are a popular mushroom that is often used in soups, stews, and other styles of cooking.
Gray Oyster Mushrooms
Oyster Mushrooms named for their seashell-like color and shape. Oyster Mushrooms have a mild flavor and tender texture making them a delightful accompaniment to pork, seafood, and chicken and are delicious in soups, stir-fries, and noodle dishes. These mushrooms are moist, hairless, fragrant, and have white to smoky-gray caps that grow in layers.
