Golden Kiwi

The Gold kiwi has bronze toned, smooth, hairless paper-thin skin. The sweet golden flesh has a softer texture has edible black seeds with flavor notes of pineapple and mango. Make sure to enjoy the edible skin which is packed with nutrients, fiber and folate.

To ripen place kiwi in a paper bag at room temperature for two to three days and avoiding heat and direct sunlight. Once kiwifruit is ripe and slightly soft to the  to the touch, it should be stored refrigerated until ready for use.
